SHIPPING POLICY
Free UK delivery. Please be aware that the delivery time may vary depending on the detail and quantity of the order. Each piece is hand-painted once ordered and is then baked after a 24 hour period. This makes it difficult to specify a dispatch time, however, I will be in contact to keep the buyer updated. Charges for international deliveries will apply.
RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns unless there is some kind of quality issue. The glassware is hand-painted at the request and each piece is a unique piece of art.
PAYMENT METHOD
Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment, PayPal transfer is also available.
